Bought two MS Office suites, slight problem with first due to a "Key" issue, but resolved promptly. and also free upgrade with no extra charge Second activated without issue and both suites are running well Would definitely use again and would recommend

Search, find, pay then download and activate, yes it was that easy. No hassel having to telephone with all those numbers or explain to microsoft and after many months it still works fine with all the updates, next to sliced bread its the best company i've used.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow....but having entered the product key code the software didn't download and attempting to repeat the process resulted in a message that the key had already been redeemed. However, a second product key code worked perfectly so the problem was eventually resolved. And without having to telephone Microsoft!
